Recently purchased the es44ac Canadian Pacific 49703DC. Runs way too slow. Have to have my powerpack up to full throttle and the thing just crawls. Any suggestions for rewiring to correct problem?

Who makes the loco? Also does it say DCC installed or equipped?
Does it have sound installed?
What power pack are you using?
