Recalling my dealings with the above mentioned hobby site a few years ago, I was wondering if they’re still following their old business model, or moved onto something a bit more robust? Does anyone know? They have a couple of items I’m interested in.

You’re best bet is to avoid them still. Look for the product you’re looking for somewhere else. A friend of mine who isn’t a member here placed an order with them a few months ago and still can’t get a hold of them. He finally had to contact his credit card company and stop the payment.
I believe there was a post on atlas’ forum about them following the same old practices they did a few years ago when I had to dispute a credit card charge with them for product unsent but charged to me.
Thanks for the heads up. I have been window shopping with them and thinking about making a purchase.
