Is the former Thrall (now Trinity Rail Group) facility in Winder, GA open again? I know that they used to make autoracks and maybe some intermodel cars before that. I believe that they even have a fairly new facility for painting autoracks. However, it has been shuttered for the past few years.
Recently though, I saw the place full of autoracks. Now it is full of these coal hoppers, and most of them have 3-07 build dates and I took some of these pictures in March. So is it open and running again?
