Maybe you can park off the site or near him (if not RR property) walk over being in plain view and just ask him a few questions… If he is talkative go for the question you want… He is either friendly and open or not …I ask foremen, MoW and contractors questions all the time. Most are very friendly and helpful … If not you’ll know soon enough
Not as amazing as the number of times you come to a yard with 30mins-1 hour left and the yardmaster expects you do do 2 hours worth of work. Sorry… get the yard crew out of the office… we be done!
Like I said…the railroad loved their charts and graphs. I’ve always been less than impressed.
