Is this an SD-45 or SD-40 Union Pacific engine?

I won this engine on the Bay for $23.50 which is a great price because it is an Athearn that is DCC equipped. But in the auction it says SD-45 but I do not think he is correct. I believe it is a SD-40. Am I or is his auction correct?

It’s an SD40-2.

Ha I thought it was. I forgot to type the -2 but I knew it was not a SD45. His mistake in the listing resulted in such a great deal for me. Those SD40-2’s sell fast and not cheap on the Bay. Plus it has DCC decoder installed so I really got a great deal. Thanks

The dynamic brake is on backwards.

Good observation. I do notice that now comparing it to one of my engines next to me. I may not have noticed it when I get it otherwise but now I will reverse it as soon as it arives. Thanks
