Puts me in mind of a similar scene on the non-operating part of the East Broad Top, except for the cars on the siding (on the prototype, in 2001, there weren’t any.)
Don’t you love it when a model photo reaches out and grabs you like that? Beautiful.

It isn’t nice at a big concert with a wall of speakers! [(-D]
BUT, you’re right… it is nice to know what people made from the help they’ve received.
So far all the help I’ve been given here is making a huge pile of notes and informing my choices when buying structures and stuff. thanks everyone! [^]
For whatever reason my modelling has ground to a complete halt this summer and has not started again. But, I do have a nice collection of faux fur swatches that I have been accumulating to use your technique. I certainly appreciate the efforts in sharing information both in the print media and on your web site. Thanks Harold.
Harold,
As you probably know, I point people to your site all the time. My own RR has been in limbo for quite a while…until this weekend. Benchwork is underway and I’ll be using a ton of your techniques. Thanks for taking the time to post them. You don’t have to share of yourself that way, but I thank you for doing it.
And to Mr. Larson…very nice work man!
Yes feedback is nice. I do like the fake fur idea for grass.
I put a link to your website a long while ago because of all the neat thins you have there.
