After months of not being able to run trains…I finally got my layout moved and set up! Most of the buildings are still in boxes, but at least I can run things. Next step, is to finish cleaning the track, and repairing a few bad electrical spots. I had to cut some of the track joints in order to take the tables apart. Even so, everything seems to work as it should. What grates though, is that there are still a few places where I have to ‘nudge’ the engines. But, that’s going to change soon! Who knows, I might even reactivate my dead Athearn S12!

Yep, Athearn made Baldwin S-12s I have two. In SP Jackolantern Scheme. (The Orange and Black scheme that came after the tiger stripe, but before the lark gray and scarlet)
