Its the little things that count.

Ah’a detail here a detail there

thats whats makes’em stand apart…

After replacing the stock coal load with a homebuilt oil bunker and relettering my little Bachmann Mogul finally found the little whistle i had lost months ago…good thing too as i probably would’a used it on something else by now. just had to file off those sad little nubs on the turret that were supposed to pass for a whistle and i guess a pop valve. also added a set of old cal-scale air lines to the pilot deck. still need to add a vent pipe to the oil bunker along with a length of chain on the tender deck ,bit of light weathering and we’re done…i think!

Nice job, and on your tracks, too. [8D]

Great job on the oil bunker! Got an extra one for me [swg]

I need to do the same thing eventually.

Iffen you hadn’t a told me, I’da thought the bunker was factory made. Swell Job.

Unfortunately too many of those “little details” tend to break off on me, but a nice big bunker like that should stay like a load of coal would.

Swell Job

thanks for sharing…
