Does anyone know anything about this company??

They were set up at the Amherst Show in W. Springfield Ma last Weekend. They had an Excellent display with built up dioramas of I think all of their kits. It was quite impressive I think. I even bought one of their kit’s. O’Lary’s Garage…
They have an excellant selection of details and kits. While piece for piece it could get expensive if you go overboard on their detail, however, if you’re looking for an old 7-UP machine or particular gas pump with a specific gas company logo, they are hard to beat. Well worth the price to bring a scene alive.

I have enjoyed their products for many years.I would classify them as a semi-craftsman grade.Their kits are fun and easy to assemble with some good detail and can stand alone on a layout. However,I find their greatest value is as starter kits that easily lend themselves to kitbashing. For me they have always been a source of modeling fun.
I think they are great kits, all sorts of detail, along with detail parts & signage. Instructions are very good.
Hello I think they are very nice kit’s. Everything was well marked and the instructions were easy to read and work with. Take your time and it should turn out nice. Here are a couple of photos of the feed&seed.
Give one a try I think you will like them. Have a nice day Frank
I have not tried any of their kits, so can not comment on them. I am very pleased about the detail parts I have purchased.
I picked up a couple LP tanks for some houses backyards, they look great.
I love JL Innovative and have built many of their kits. Their kits are well designed and very good value for what you get in the box. They cost much less than the high end “craftsman kits” but allow you to use the same techniques.
Here are a few of their structures that I have built. First up Picorelli Ice-Cream
Dunn Processing, and old JL kit now discontinued but shows up sometimes on eBay
Val’s Hamburgers on the right, Avon St Elevated tower on the left
The engine shed is also a long discontinued kit.
I have built several others, but you get the point. I have been more than happy to be a repeat customer.
One cautionary note if you go the eBay route. Some of the kits are really old, like Dunn Processing, and pre-date laser cutting. The instructions in the older kits are not as good either. They are not hard to build but I would try some of the newer kits first to learn the techniques.

Just started my first one, Klein’s Pharmacy. Went together nicely, with lots of details and signs included. I’ve previously bought their Gas Station details and barrels and crates (painted) which are also sold at Hobby Lobby here. I have been so far impressed with the quality, value and detail offered and would highly recommend their kits, especially if one was new to “Craftsman” type structures.[bow]
One of the best product lines out there; excellent quality, terrific details line, and all at reasonable prices. Should you have a query for them - you get a response and/or assistance. Very highly recommended.[I’m in N, but would assume their HO offerings are equally fine, across the board.].

I have their N Scale Interlocking Tower, and crossing tower kits, I haven’t started them… I’ve been busy on one hand, but also sort of intimidated, I bout JB Models Boyd Logging Camp Kit, and was sort of intimidated… I’ve always been a plastic kit guy, I mean I’ve built some intricate plastic kits, but nothing like opening a box to find a bunch of match sticks and an old fashioned mimeograph of a tintype photo of an old fashion log camp…
Yikes… All you guys moidels look great though
I have built several of their kits - favorite one is the Saw Pit Store. Always a lot of fun to do and challenging enough to keep me coming back.
Simon, I really like the Brookside Cream reefer in the picture. Who makes it?
I bought some of their Billboards and Advertising Signs.
They look pretrty nice.
I am sorry, I don’t recall. It was a visiting car during an interchange last year. It long since passed through my hands on its journey. I will drop a note to the owner and see if he can enlighten me.
Here is the answer
" That car is from Roundhouse and was from a release in 2008 I believe. I think that they had an earlier version many years ago. This one is called the Bellows Falls Creamery car and their stock number was 84638."
Thank you very much Simon. Did you guys get alot of snow over there? Hows the roads?
I just got the Saw Pit Store, just like the old feel about it, and it reminds me of a store growing up!!! I have built the Fryzell Feed & Seed. New to the hobby and feeling right at home!
These a superb models.
