i saw in some pictures from a show earlier that bachmann (i think) was going to be producing an HO scale model of a japanese bullet train. does anyone have any information on this? i would really like to get one but i am wondering if and when they will be available in the US
The Shikensen 1000 was already produced by many model makers.
I recall that Model Power put out a bullet some years ago. Bachmann
produced the Acela a few years ago , so a newer bullet would be welcome.

Walthers has it listed at a retail of 600.00 i ordered mine from Caboose Hobbies ( www.caboosehobbies.com ) for 366.66 thats the cheapest i could find it, but you have to put a 10% non-refundable deposit down.
