Jarrell's Show Me Something (6 - 24)

Hello Rail Fans. Perhaps as the site’s been jacked for quite awhile, some things got swept under the rug. Kinda heart breaking, as WPF falling by the wayside in low participant numbers as well.

Not On My Watch! Now that the site’s somewhat working more consistant, maybe it’s time to get things “Alive & Kicking” again!

So brush off the cobwebs, and don’t feel too bad about things, none of this BS has been any participating club members fault.

Carry on[Y]

Show me a finished bridge or a bridge in progress please.

TF

Good on ya for bringing this out of mothballs TF.

Does a TT bridge count?

So much for over, show me under.

Please show me a tunnel.

Of course a turntable counts Brent.

Definition Bridge: An overpass structure, facilitating mobilization from point A to point B, over a gully, canyon, valley, ravine, river, roadway, shallow well, deep pit, or scary hole[(-D]…[;)]

Must going to be a tunnel under there somewhere[:|]

Continue Brent’s request with a tunnel please.

TF

TF, thanks for bringing this thread back. I can do a tunnel!

I had to brush away the cob webs to get these photos posted. Thanks for the resurrection, TF!

More little people, please.

You can see the passengers in my Amtrak heritage fleet cars.

Show me another passenger train.

Kevin

More stainless, please.

Anything else shiny…

Cheers, Ed

TF, a big thanks for reviving a forum tradition. A shiny Lincoln Mark. Show me a flat car with a load of pipe.

Regards, Peter

I’m not sure a work in progress pipe load will satisfy Peters request…

Please show me any load on a flatcar, gondola, hopper, or truck.
Cheers, the Bear.
PS. Thanks for getting this going again, Mr. TF.

Absolutely. Thanks to all you good folks for being here. Looks like a great pipe load to me for Pete’s sake[:-^]…[;)]

Please carry on with a flat car, gondola, hopper, or truck load per Bears request[swg]

How about a pull of propane cars to the local plant?

More tank cars, please.

Yes, more tank cars. Regards, Peter

Besides fuel, locomotives need lots of crankcase lube:

Please show more company service or M-of-W cars.

The tank car was certainly bleeding rust properly[swg]

Good grief, what the heck does one do with this one Ed? Minnesota of Wisconsin cars or something like that?

You dudes keep toying with my lack of Common Sense[#dots]

Please continue with Ed’s request, or post a bridge before the end of the month please[;)]

TF

Didn’t mean to get too obtuse, TF. M-of-W being maintenance of way so any track gang or railroad repair type car would do.

Similarly, a railroad service car such as the lube-oil tank car or perhaps a car for transporting sand or stockroom supplies would be in ‘Company service’ and would usually have some designation stenciled on the car.

A Scale Test Car would fall into the category of a company service car:

Let’s see that bridge now [:)]
