I just got a set of these replacement wheels for my Athearn C44-9W and I’m kind of disappointed, because it seems like some of the wheels are out of round so now my loco wobbles as it goes down the track. Also, I got the blackened ones, and I’m wondering if polishing the blackening off the contact portion of the wheel improves conductivity.
Is Jay Bee a good brand or are there other ones that are better?
They were a good brand. They are out of business unfortunately
