Does anyone know where i can purchase John Deere rail cars and accesories. Want to look at prices. Parents wont give me room for a layout. Dad and i put in a 50 gun gun cabinet so am building a diorama on a 2x4 area to build skills so they can see i really want to do mrr. then maybe i will get some spave
I see lots at train shows and even more on Ebay. These are usually produced in small numbers so they will be priced a little higher then average, I actually had a guy offer me 100 bucks for two of my John Deere Athearn container cars. If my wife didn’t buy them for me I would have sold them, lol. You can even buy train sets that were painted in JD colours.

Vaulter08, I don’t know if your’e in a rural area or not but check the local John Deere equipment dealers. Some of those guys have a fairly large toy and diecast selection. A lot of farmers are collectors too.
You can also get them at a model train shop or a hobbyshop if you have one in your area.

Glad we could help. The LHS is a good place to get advice and good quality starter equipment.
Try to resist the temptation to make purchases on eBay, at least in the beginning. Many people start out with stuff bought off there only to find out it was junk or required so much work to make it useable that it was not worth the effort.
Don’t be afraid to ask questions, both here and the LHS.
