John Snow, says:

Mr. Snow, on the other hand, describes himself as “a lifelong student” of the Founding Fathers and an early fan of the Chernow book. You honestly think Bush is going to replace Snow. There are mutilple military commanders who want Rumsfeilds butt. Yet W will not get rid of him. So Snow is safe the only major shake up was Rice replacing Powell since Powell was not a warhawk like the rest of the cabinet.
