I have an S scale 6 1/2 x 9 1/2 layout with three operating lines. I just added ties to the American Flyer track that is mounted on vinylbed roadbed. The change is dramatic. I used black foam board, cut the ties and used white glue to attach two ties in between the AF rail ties. It was easy, cheap, and looks great! I just wanted to share. One of these days, I’ll have to get some pictures posted.[8)]
