i wanna know if any one in here hase ever made a layout in the snow .

Sure, you see them now and then, especially on the mountain roads.

There are articles on doing this in many of the scenery books that Kalambach has put out. Heres a link to some of their books;

it appears marble dust gives the best effect so far.

i don’t do snow myself. if you ain’t skiing on it, it’s pretty useless stuff.
