I have a 3 unit K-line F3 that needs repair. Only one of the powered units works. Anyone know of a decent honest repair shop for K-line stuff?

Thanks for the replies. I e-mailed Dean and he replied fast.
Here’s the story:
I just bought this set (Lackawanna F3) on eBay (very good price, I think), and the seller said in his ad that there was some electrical problem with it, and it tripped the CB in his transformer.
I first tried each car separately, and only the lead engine worked.
After reading Dean’s message that only the lead engine would operate by itself, I hooked all 3 units together and bingo, it runs fine.
BTW, this set has 2 can motors in each section, total of 6 motors. It sure likes a bunch of volts–starts moving ~8. But it’s smooth as silk.
If this is the units with the truck mounted can motors, as opposed to the vertical mount, they are fairly decent runners. I must say though the tethers can be a major pain. I have the same set in B&O livery with TMCC & RS. Of late though they have started to become a bit growlie so I assume that some issues will need to be addressed in the not to distant future.
Looks like they’re vertical motors, but they are also mounted to the trucks. Any known problems with the vertical mounted engines?
Ran the set some more tonight. At ~ 7.5 V it will go very slow–takes 4 sec. to pass a point from one end to the other of the engine set. Amazing to me–never had anything that would crawl like that. Steady as a rock.
