Hi All. I’m looking to buy a second hand model of this loco. Could members tell me if it will travel around 0-27 curves?. Also what should i look out for, ie; what problems will a second hand loco have?. Also what relevance is part no K-3180-0094w to the model?

I bought a K-Line Pacific second-hand at a flea market several years ago. It’s a strong runner but the smoke unit didn’t work, neither did the whistle tender. No problem with the tender, I bought a Wllliams steam whistle and bell set and installed same, easy to do. That took care of the sound problem.
The smoke unit on the other hand is a bit of a problem, It looks like an HO sized Seuthe unit, which I haven’t found yet, although I really haven’t been looking all that hard.
I don’t know if others have had the same problem. Don’t know what that part number is you’ve referenced.
Mine did handle 027 curves, but I don’t use 027 anymore, stopped almost right after I bought the engine.
