Does anyone know if the Looney Tunes cars and engine that were in the 2005 K-LINE catalog are going to be produced. The mock-ups in the catalog looked great and I wanted the whole set. Of course Lionel will probably kill anything they had set up for production that had the slightest hint of imagination.
I pre ordered a set and of course never got them. To the best of my knowledge they were not produced. However there is a slim chance that they were produced and they are laying on a dock somewhere awaiting legal procedures and/or payment. If that is the case I guess they would become property of Lionel as would a licensing agreement to make them. I think these sets would have sold well had they made the market place.

Have you seen the Lionel product lines over the past 12 years?[:O][wow]
Lionel has recently produced Simpson’s Operating Cars.
In the Late 1990’s there was a run of Warner Bros. Looney Tunes cars and accessories made by Lionel.
Surely the current staff at Lionel will produce new Warner Bros. Looney Tunes cars and accessories.

I have the K-Line Yosemite Sam car. Very well done!!!
I have the Fog-Horn Leg-Horn poultry car by Lionel and have it displayed, and the Bugs Bunny Yosemite Sam car. Not that into running these cars as they derail a bit easier than most cars.

Am a big Looney Tunes fan, and have most of Lionel’s issues…Lionel and Warner Brotheres had a falling out during the issuing of the Marvin the Martian series, so I doubt we will see any more from Lionel…Try Trainworld/Trainland for K-Line released Looney tunes cars…there were only a couple that I am aware of that made it out there for us…Good Hunting…Howard
I was anxiously waiting for that set as well. BIG Looney Tunes fan!
The K-Line Y/Sam reefer was very very well detailed. It came with stickers to put on the boxes that go inside of the car. It also came with a set of scale couplers. It will be our loss if the rest of these cars don’t show up!!!
PS Will someone tell Mr. J. Fred Muggs that I said something nice[;)]
Warner Bros. was involved in the Distribution of The Polar Express.
Lionel has made sets of The Polar Express.
This is a new LIONEL Administration.
There is a great chance that these Warner Bros. Looney Tunes cars will be produced.
