K-line NC F59PHI question

I once heard that very little K-line NC DOT F59PHIs were made, does anyone know more infomation about them?

They made the “City of Asheville” and the “City of Sailsbury” F59PHIs and then declared bankruptcy which apparently stopped production.

I don’t follow EBAY so I don’t know if any show up there. The last time I talked with Jeff Konczal at the Train Loft, a Super K-Line dealer in Winston-Salem, N.C. he had not located any for sale.
