Does Kadee still make Nscale stuff. At there site there in no listing for Nscale.

No. Microtrains handles that now.

Micro-Trains N scale couplers were designed by Kadee and are based on the same patents. Kadee spun off Micro-Trains as a separate company in the 1990s. Recently discussed on this site:
