Hey, mates: I ran across this neat little building in one of my travels, and even though it’s in Kalgoorlie, Australia, it impressed me as a nice building to have anywhere, even in America! It’s the offices of the local newspapers, the Kalgoorlie Miner and the Western Argus (estab. 1895, M-Sat.):
For any who have any of those row houses put out by AHM/IHC several years ago, I should think the building to the viewer’s right of the newspaper building could be made with parts from one of those. The newspaper office, itself, has some features in common with some Campbell’s kits, e.g., the Silver Slipper saloon, or maybe some more modern plastic kits (since it does appear to be brick or stone). Would take some doing, but not impossible.
And, every small town needs a community newspaper!
