Is there anywhere I could find the numbers Kalmbach assigned to their old reference books? The new ones are easy…they’re in the online store. But for some of the other older ones I’d like a place to go to find that info. For instance, I can’t find the number for “34 New Electronic Projects for Model Railroaders”.
If no one knows the answer here, you could always try contacting Customer Service directly with your query.

Most of these old gems are long out of print, having been replaced with more “modern” versions of same. In the case of “34 New Projects”, be aware that many of the chips Peter Thorne used are not available anymore. Some are, and all of his stuff is educational, but modern model railroaders are not generally interested in making their own electronics so books of this type are rare nowadays.
That being said, just go to one of the online used booksellers and type in your title. You’ll find, as I did, that these books are widely available on the used market, in great condition. By the way, all of the books have a number referenced to the Library of Congress, but really, you don’t need it.

Thanks Lou…
Will do, thank you Tom
