OK, I know this is probably irrelevant, but I emailed kalmbach about 2 weeks ago about a scratched DVD I got when I bought Model Trains Step By Step. I was worried because I never got a reply. Just now my mom comes home with the mail and there is a brand new copy of the magazine. No questions asked, they just sent me a new copy. So thank you, kalmbach, I appreciate it very very very much!
When they did the Turtle Creek decals, my copy did not have any in it. They sent me another set within a couple of weeks as well. Very good service. [tup]
