Kato 20-001 and 20-003

What is the difference between

20-001 248mm (9 3/4") Double Track Plate Straight

and

20-003 248mm (9 3/4") Double Track Plate Incline Track ?

One says straight, one says incline.

Confused…

The Kato incline track is probably designed to make it easier to make the track go up or down, like on a hill or something. The regular track is completely straight, so it wouldn’t look as good doing the incline track’s job.
