Can i run a Kato business car on a DCC without blowing teh LED?syas Maximum DC12V. So is 16 to much?[?]
If you’re not afraid to open it up you’ll probably need to install a resistor in it. I have no experience with these cars but that seems to be the standard practice with LED’s. Hope this helped a little.

I too have limited my DC down to 12-13 range.
I have been thinking aobut installing a DH121(thats what i have handy) into it. I would like to be able to toggle the rear Light on the roof on and off. i’d also like to wire the bottom 2 nonfunctinal lights so that they work
