I’m trying to find out the couplers that were released by Kato to correct problems with the factory couplers on my Santa Fe corrugated passenger cars…sets 106-1502 & 106-1603.
I need to purchase these for both sets and a friend suggested that there was an article in Model Railroader about this when it was announced shortly after the release of the sets.
Might I suggest that you go to the Kato-USA web site and see if they have the information you need. If such factory modification couplers are available they may have them in stock for immediate shipment.
I navigated around the katousa website but didn’t have any success… could not find anything related to replacement couplers for these cars.
It may be there, but I have not been able to locate it.
