Unitrack is a quality product. Better than any similar appearing track. Some nice layouts have been built with it. The design qeometry is not flexible so you may not be able to get the track plan the way you want it unless you mix it with brands that don’t have built in roadbed.

For N scale, Unitrack is the only way to go for pre-ballasted track. The track selection is better than all of the PBT competitors combined. As DSchmitt said, the key downside to any PBT is the lack of flex track. As a means of getting started running trains, it can’t be beat.
