Kato’s Super Chief is a super N scale passenger train
So far I have the B and C sets and am waiting patiently for set A to come. I model the Katy RR and I had in mind to re-paint the cars as the Texas Special. I have instead become so enamored of these gorgeous cars, that I now intend to find F7 ABBA “Bluebonnets” (Intermountain has them due in Aug 07) and do a “fantasy” (Not quite Right)Texas Chief passenger train. (Its my RR right?) Anyway, these cars are absolutely awesome!
This is as fine a set [I have A,B, & C] as I have seen, even compared with Fleischmann {I model mostly Alpine/Euro, but had to have this set}. I would like KATO to continue to make “signature” passenger trains for all of the U.S. roads. [note to KATO, I WILL buy each one].

Awesome set. Kato makes the best stuff. Having said that, I must tip my hat to Jusitn Hodge for his comment about Intermountain Railways. Several years ago, I found a photo of a “Texas Blueonnet” taken in Amarillo, Tx. Have been obsessed with making a rainbow fleet of F7’s ever since. HOORAY.
I saw it run at my hobby shop as a demo for T- Trak n scale module system. One sharp looking little train. I’m in HO but am considering N after seeing this set.

I got the 8 car set & Set C! With F7 ABBA on front. It is a great running & looking train! Ity makes my layout look drab!
