Kaydee 454 Bachmann?

I’m trying to find which Kaydee coupler to use on my Bachmann Spectrum HO scale heavyweight passenger cars. My Walther’s catalog says for ‘tight radius’ use 454 + 36. 454 must be the coupler number, but what is the ‘36’ ?

Looking at the Kadee site - the 454 is a conversion kit to allow for tight radius track. Looks like the #36 is the coupler kit itself.
