In addition to the EMD 710ECO rebuilds, KCS is getting gensets too. They are painted in the new Belle scheme like the SD70ACe and ES44ACs. There are pictures of the new Belle gensets over at trainorders, though you’ll have to be subscribed to get a good look at those pics. The painting of the gensets suggests that 710ECO GP/SD22s rebuilds will likely be painted Belle too.
IINM aren’t these locomotives being built by NRE?
The gensets are from Railpower. I believe that they are rebuilds of the Green Goats previously purchased by KCS.
