Trains News Wire of Thuirsday February 24, 2005 made note of the F40C’s being least to KCS as Boosters until their SD70ACe’s are delivered.
Does anybody know a location where there is a good chance to see the F40C’s or will they be used through out the system with little, if any, chance to see them? I have pictures of them taken when they worked for Metra.
I like KCS and it would be great to get pictures of KCS engines along with my old friends, the F40C’s.
