Does anyone offer KCS’s new scheme in HO scale yet?
Yes. Tower 55 announced they will produce ES44AC locomotives in Southern Belle Scheme for KCS.
Tower 55? They’ll probably cost more than I spend on trains in a month (approx. $150).
JW - if thats what you spend in a month, the Tower55 loco will cost you just shy of 5 months worth of stuff…
At that price, they can keep it.
Tower 55 models don’t cost anywhere near that amount if you know where to get them. You can even order directly from them for much less.
Doesn’t Tower55 specialise in fantasy paint schemes? anything over a few bucks for something that never existed sounds like alot. You can still get Tyco Alco’s in silver Warbonnet for $20.
What about the grain hoppers in the new scheme?
If he spends approx. $150 each month and the Tower 55 model has a list price of $350 then how is that shy of 5 months?
…and the $350 is list price and nobody pays list price anyway.
