My friend Laurie from Auzzie land demoed a new (to Me) tool

to uncouple KDs

So i went on line and bought a package of the FINE tooth brushes

along with some key chain flash lights and made up a few

They work better that the pick tools I’ve been using

because you don’t have to twist them just insert and push down

I also added a short piece of Tubing over top of the brush to help strengthen it and make a stop for the brush when inserting

I am glad I looked at this thread again. The first time I took a look the pictures were not here.

That looks like a nifty gadget, I might need to give this idea a try.

They are cheap to make and work great ~!

no twisting just push straight down

Tried one tonight and it works well with regular head Kadees. Shelf couplers are a problem as they are with skewers.
