In a spécial issue of MR (number ???), I found a plan of a 4X8 Keddie Wye layout .
Can you say to me what track is used for this layout

That track plan was in Model Railroad Planning 2006. There is no specific track list given and this layout has probably never been built as drawn. It would probably be easiest to build it with flex track rather than sectional track.
For many people, it would not be a very satifying layout to operate, but if you just wanted to build it mainly for scenery, perhaps it would be OK.
There are often better choices than an HO 4X8 in most rooms.
