Keeping Amtrak's P42#145 in phase 3 paint

ATTENTION ALL AMTRAK FANS! As many of you know, Genesis P42#145 has been painted in Amtrak’s phase 3 paint to celebrate their 40th anniversary for a year long campaign. Many fans like myself, believe that this phase 3 paint scheme should stay on for good. I started an online petition, to see if Amtrak would consider this if they see how many Amtrak enthusiasts enjoy, and miss the vintage look.
