Why would Keolis be penalized for the delay (even without the 90 day clause) since it was beyond their control to prevent it.
It seems to me that a lot of these truck drivers are the sharpest knives it the drawer. Aren’t they to suppose to know about clearances?
Actually, since the day was NOT Keolis’ fault, it’s amazing they went through a fault-free first day. I can’t say the same thing for the first day. When Caltrain had a new operator take over from Amtrak back in 2012, that was far less than satisfactory.
