Anyone know if the keystone line from harrisburg to PA is electricified with 25Hz or 60Hz power?

I am asking about today’s electrification as done by amtrak and PennDOT not as originally installed.

I believe the power remains 25Hz 11000 volts, no change, just like the rest of the Corridor, Sunnyside Yard - Washington Union Station. The caternary was replaced, but not the substations or feeder cables.
