I just caught a bit of a conversation on the Fostoria site the other day. Seems a couple of kids put a orange flag down and the train stopped. The kids ran to their house the Conductor got a good look at them and talked to their mother. The last I heard the Dispatcher was calling the Police. WAY TO GO!

Not likely, More likely, Mom will sue the railroad for “traumitizing her little angels.”

and the judge will find it favorable to the railroad since the kids obstructed railroad operations, which is a felony I think.

heh heh, and then the railroad might ask that the parents get the rap for letting their kids disrupt stuff. LOL, I am an optimist, but I think some of us are pessimists…(whistles, walks away…)
Parents spanking their kids is legal at least in some states. I know it is in North Carolina, but not sure about Ohio. It wouldn’t have made a damn bit of difference were it legal or not with my parents.
Same here, except using physical punishment on me doesn’t work anymore. When I was in NC visiting my cousin, my 2 year threw a beer on the ground and it exploded all over the place. it happened right in front of me, and I said, “TAYLOR, NOOOOOOOO!!!” And he got spanked silly, and started to hypervenilate. He also bit my 4 year old second cousin before that at the beach and same thing happened.
