Kitbashing?

1/1 scale. Ideas like this could definately get out of control.

Interesting picture, not all that uncommon though. TheToronto Hamilton and Buffalo had a 52 plymouth that was used as a company sactioned and owned inspection car. I’v eheard stories and seen pictures of Model T and A fords rebuilt with flanged wheels as inspection vehicles,long before the inspection car then high rail truck craze hit the railroads.

Dare I mention the RGS “Galloping Geese?” Though widely scattered, most of them still exist.
