Found and briefly posted link but it did not work. When Olsen’s toy train parts website gets back up, you can probably find it there. It may be some time yet. Evidently they were damaged by hurricane Sandy and are still working on fully restoring the site. Or, you could by a book, such as The Complete Service Manual for Lionel Trains by K-LINE, or the Greenberg version of essentially the same subject., etc.
