CP is sending EN 3004 east to Calgary for an overhaul, while the unit is in Calgary it will be repainted into the CP “Golden Rodent” paint scheme and will become CP 3004 again. It would be nice if CP were to include the unit in their heritage fleet, as while CP would rather not admit it, the E&N is as much a part of CPR’s history as the SOO Line or the Milwaukee Road.
I suppose it was inevitable; brand identity is a big thing these days.
