Last project before packing my railroad (pics)

Well, I’m putting trains in boxes for the move. My last project, pictured here, was finished this week. It’s a small wood working factory built with a diorama type base. I designed it to drop into a yet to be determined local on my new layout. In addition to the wood chip cars, the factory receives lumber loads and ships out products by box cars. This little building should make for an interesting spur.

I hope to have it all boxed up by the end of the week after next. I guess you show your personal preferences when you pack your train room first!

OK, folks. Any idea what is wrong here? The pictures showed up fine in the preview and in other postings on this new forum. Now I can’t see them. I’ve also noticed my smiley drop box is gone and the page doesn’t look the same. Anyone else having “technical difficulties”? Sign me frustrated on this one! Bergie!!!

trainman2244, The layout setting is in some unknown mountains that look suspiciously like the Ozark Mountains of Arkansas. If you mean where’s the layout headed to in the moving van, it’ll be going to Eudora, between Kansas City and Lawrence. I’ve acquired a new job there so I’m giving it a whirl. I hate to leave my beautiful mountains, but things change and locations change.

Andre, thanks, that is what I’m trying to do. I’ve tried posting the pictures in two ways, one using the “copy to clipboard” line with the img tags in place and the second by doing it manually. No results or change. I’m very puzzled at why this glitch has occurred as I’ve been posting pics on the new forum without a problem so far. The only thing that has changed on my end is that I’m using the new IE version 7 beta 3. Hmmm…

Good luck with the move, draegen. I just got unpacked from moving last year… Look at all the opportunity to have a new (and bigger) train room, of course pending negotiations with the other half [;)] Again, good luck, mate.

Thanks for the well wishes with the move. I’m very happy to have built my new layout with modules which will be easier to relocate.

[:D] I just found the picture glitch! It’s Microsoft IE version 7! I rolled back to IE 6 and the pictures straightened up themselves! [:O] I also can see the tool bar and smiley list again.
