Hello i am looking for help designing a layout in a 13’ x 12’ room with a closet on the left of the door and a loft bed on the right wall against the back wall. Also i want to have a helix but its not really doesn’t matter if it has one or not but i would like to run 20 or 18 car trains with some passenger ops. but due to me having a desk on the right wall and my mom having crib in there for her daycare that is in the middle i only have the option of the back wall and right wall for benchwork so I would really appreciate some help with getting some ideas.
Hello Ethan and welcome to the forum!
Yes, space is tight. You might want to look around on the web for ideas. There are a few sites out there with layout plans.
Looking at the space, I assume you don’t really want to do significant operations. I would see potential for a switching layout, with a few modifications to your plan.
Here is a thread that provides an example of a switching layout:

Otherwise, you might want to consider not having a yard and have a longer point to point layout for a short passenger service. Less track will create the illusion of a longer mainline.

your room’s limitations doesn’t provide much space for much of a layout. A 20 car train is ~9ft long and minmal helix with 18" radius curves and 4+% grade is at least 3 ft square.
Simon made a reasonable suggestion. There are many other small switching layouts that may fit within your room
