I just wish I had taken the same approach when I did my road bed as I have created quite a mess when it comes to wiring and access below the table.

wow!!! good job. I wished that ,I had that amount of space. My layouts,only 12’x 8’. It used to be a closet…Now bench layout. I have a 3’ wide 10’ long walkway down the center. It gets cramped at times. I still have a while to go on it. I’ve been working on it for about 9 months. It has 2 ovals on the lower leval , 2 ovals on middle and on the top level ,I plan to put a route of bussineses with many remote switches and roundhouse, rail yard. well excellent job on your railroad, hope to see more later.

12’x8’ CLOSET??
heh. that’s about two-thirds the size of my GARAGE (where my layout is located.) The biggest closet in my home is 3x6 feet, and my wife uses that as her office!

thanks guys…but I have a really long way to go before it’s a quality layout…wish i had an extra 5’ on either side of the room …added another pic monday night describing "railfanning "and “scratchbuilding”…it took only 3 evening sessions and all day saturday to build the yard tower…Chuck[:D]
