Layout Software

Is there software available where I can plug in my table dimmensions and train operating requirements? For instance the layout will look like an “L” with 2 legs. The long part of the L will be aprox 20’ by 6’, tjhe legs about 6’ by 3’. I’ll run 3 TMCC trains plus a trolly. I know thatn there is a cad software pkg. available but I’ve heard that there is a new product that is specific to Lionel type track and plans.

There are several such products on the market. I use RR Track. This is a popular product which will even give you 3-D renderings of your layout.

Thanks, I’ve seen that site previously. What I should of asked, is there is anything available cheaper than $80? What I’m looking for is some sort of drag and drop, where I plug in my overall table dimension and drop in standard radius’s, loop’s, etc…

RR-TRACK is the way to go. Atlas maked the RTS software, but it is for far more patient people than I. Bother good. Atlas is FREE, but its lacking anyone elses track and accessories too. Ya get what ya pay for…
