Are these units modified for the winter time extreme low temperatures they will encounter?

I feel sorry for the engineers who will run those dreadful things in apalling conditions! Of course SD 70’s are even worse. Rain, snow, mist, dew make them wheelslip like crazy, and without manual sand controls you 're left with dropping a notch when you’ve just lost speed or independent brake if you know what you 're doing. They’d rather have a GEVO! I hope CAT can make some improvements to the junk they bought.
