LED resource?

Richmond Controls (see link above) has both sunny white and golden white LEDs, one for older locos and the other for modern diesels. They also have other solutions for model loco lighting effects. Loco lighting is their specialty. They accept PayPal and they’re quick. I had my order within 5 days of placing it.

Hi Trevor,
I’ll check Jaycar again. I have some of their 3 leds on flexible pcb with resistor for 12volt operation for lighting some carriages.
I bought some golden white leds from Gwyder at the Brisbane Model train show.
They are white leds in yellow/orange encapsulation. I model steam in the 50s so a gas light or early tungsten bulbs glow is what I’m after. These look like they will do.
By the way I am not THAT Alan Jones, I’m the original, he’s the copy! lol…
cheers

Hi there Alan,

For the benefit of our North American friends and others, Alan Jones is an unintelligent shcok jock trying to pose as something intelligent, caring etc… usually with the tact, love care and consideration of a hand grenade! So OK Alan, you mean to say that you have qualities that He has copied??? LOL  It says a lot for the intelligence of the Sydney Radio listening public that they have Alan Jones and John Laws… Its all right Alan, I don’t suffer Derryn Hinch!

Post me off list Alan xdford47@yahoo.com.au and I’ll keep you posted as to what I find… maybe we can do a bulk order together!

Cheers from even further down under in Melbourne

Trevor
