Lenz 130 problem

Hey Everyone

A few years back when i got in to trains and DCC i got a bunch of decoders of Tony’s. They were mostly LENZ 130 decoders. Now after several years these locos will not respond, i had this same problem before. Some how the speed step issue if i remember is causing this.

Ok if i reset them, whats the reset for LENZ decoders CV?

how do i then prevent this problem in the future?
