Let it snow...finally Part 1

Howdy folks,

Well it seems I have found the solution to the Woodland snow delima. Being that I had tried what they suggested in the scerny manual…they however for got to mention one small important fact with the glue. After trying the scenic glue and having a metor storm lay watse to my snow covered area, I decided to try one basic thing we already use when ballasting…dish soap.

If you plan to use this snow use scenic cement with about 4 drops of dish soap to a full bottle and shake a bit. I recommend doing it this way, as using white glue will have to be more like 80% water to 20% glue-and I can’t say how it would turn out. In fact it could make the snow turn yellow…so far(knock on wood) mine is still white. If you are using atlas track nails to secure your track, you might want to stop first.

Even after painting mine I still had rust due to the nails head coming into contact with mosture. However there is a solution…I have been using life like nails for this and so far it seems to work. I have two other things to try and will let you know if it means having to paint your track then apply this stuff or just lay the snow and wait. So for now I do reccomend this stuff.
